Firstly, I loved the premise, which I won’t spoil by revealing it here. What I can say is that Matt Ritchie slipped effortlessly from one alter ego to the next, with accents to match. By continually changing hats, he kept us continuously entertained…. heck, he even sang and did some improvisational dance.
What I didn't like
Got nothin’ for you here.
My overall impression
Blackboxing is terrific fun. It’s comical yet heartfelt, and a terrific vehicle for the very talented Matt Ritchie. It’s an insightful full-on hour of ‘poking fun’ at the stereotypical one-man Fringe show. Highly recommended.
