What I liked
Well-written and funny. Everyone was really invested in the show so every bit got a big laugh.
What I didn't like
I couldn’t hear a lot of the lyrics and singing. There was a lot of choreography, and I think on a stage with no amplification, you gotta do the opera singer style “squat and squawk” (stand still and sing).
My overall impression
Hilarious musical about every child’s wish for different parents and cultural/racial identity.
