I absolutely adored this delightful musical! It was a delicious treat at the end of a hard day for me. I laughed so hard my seat shook. I have to admit, sometimes it came a little close to home as I have a daughter at Berkeley (just like the protagonist) who recently had to announce to her father (an Asian parent) that she was changing her major from Computer Science to English (much like the protagonist who changes hers from Microbiology to Theater Arts and East Asian Studies.) The parental 'disappointment' that ensues creates the brilliant comedy of this engaging little piece.... full review

What an amazing, refreshing, hilarious and fun show! PLEASE treat yourself to seeing this show. Joy Regullano is wonderful as is the rest of the cast. There are great songs - got stuck in my head after. I risked my life when after the show, in my friend's car, I forgot to put my seatbelt on as I was still thinking and talking about the show! Great music, acting, choreography and a good story with important message overall.... full review

"Broadway, here we come!" Seriously, this is one of the best shows I have seen! Even without the use of props and with minimal staging, the talent and skill of creator Joy Regullano and the fantastic cast; that's all you really need. Very clever, funny, heartfelt. Tiny little expressions from the actors and some very specific actions added to the story like sprinkles on a cupcake. This is truly fantastic! Broadway will happen someday, I'm sure of it. And/or a development into a Netflix series. Either way, I'm a fan and I'll be there. Joy Regullano is exactly the kind of artist and human this industry needs. ... full review
