What I liked
The book was exceptionally well written. The performances and direction were equally strong, and I was impressed at how everyone in the cast was very talented. Joy used the platform of a short musical to deal with her issues in a healthy and creative manner. It was refreshing to see so many talented people doing such good work. Five stars all around.
What I didn't like
Nothing. It was about as good as you could possibly make this kind of show.
My overall impression
A smart and funny short musical about a college student dealing with the discrepancy between who she wants to be and who her parents want her to be.
