What I liked
This production boasts a charismatic lead performance from Joy Regullano, who also wrote the book and lyrics. The sense of humor is sharp and specific. Greg Smith delivers a very funny performance as the type of son no family should have.
What I didn't like
I thought that having some more instruments play the excellent music – even just a guitar – might have made it pop even more.
My overall impression
A hilarious show that is as warm as it is funny.
