I saw the first preview of this show, and I've seen his other Fringe shows. I can always expect many laugh out loud moments from Benaquist, and was delighted with the show. ...

Very funny and entertaining. Good concept, and Steve had many fun moments where he played different characters to tell his story which were all great. I laughed many times and it was exactly what I needed that afternoon. If you need a laugh with a great concept & funny video integration, definitely check it out!...

I always enjoy Steve Benaquist’s work because there’s so much smart behind the silly, and The Last One-man Show (Literally) is another great piece of work that is remarkably fun because of it as he weaves through characters both in his mind and in the materials left for him in a nuclear bunker, which goes from a volunteer-tester weekend to a minimum 17 years as half-lives are estimated upon the onset an incalculably inconvenient worldwide nuclear war. Every single character is smoothly delivered (he makes great use of his dynamic voice) and laugh-out-loud funny, and the show adds a very sweet touch as Benaquist interacts with a toy mouse as his only companion. I highly recommend this show, not just as a lively hour of entertainment, but also...

Benaquist guides us through one man's journey in a confined bunker where pretty much all he has are DVD's of Steven Seagal movies and a pet mouse toy he talks to from time to time. A favorite character was a General with the catch phrase, "Permission Denied." The live guitar accompaniment was a nice touch to the overall show....

This was a well thought out and brilliant piece of theater, which had me both rolling with laughter and really thinking about life, and how we spend our time while here. The characters are hilarious, and quite colorful. It's a real ride through the mind of a comedian living in LA in the modern age. A blast!...

A one man show for one man? That’s the premise for this unique entry in the subgenre of bunker-based post-apocalyptic comedy. I felt as though I was losing my mind along with Mr. Benaquist, trapped in the unique hades of our own making. And after this experience I will never take advantage of an innocent chew toy ever again....

One man show. Funny
Clever, witty, funny, lots of heart. What would an artist trying to write his solo show do if the world really did come to an end? It kinda gets you to think......
