HOLY CRAP! I had so much fun! It reminded me of "Delusion". I loved playing along with the actors. The plot lines toed the line of "escape room" and "role-playing" very well. I could go on for pages. I will do my best to see it again. AMAZING work cast and crew. Also- I definitely got in my cardio that night! Sensible shoes were a good thing to recommend.... full review

Take the red pill... enter the Unreal City! Pick your leader, follow your path to the Queen and her entourage. Immersive, choose your own adventure style experience. Really interesting themes and use of the local spaces, very different to anything else you are likely to find at the fringe. ... full review

This show is a once in a lifetime experience. I’ve never been to a show like this. I felt truly transported into an alternate reality. It really felt like I was an active participant in what was unfolding in front of me. ... full review

Unreal City was totally engaging. I loved being part of a fantasy that felt dangerous and fun Simultaneously. The characters were believable in their own surreal way. I enjoyed the emmersive quality of having my own unique experience and following the story as I chose. The poetry was sometimes a bit challenging but I liked it. ... full review

This has been the only show I've chosen to see multiple times at the 2018 Fringe Festival. And if my schedule permitted, I'd see it even more. Immersive theater is a tricky proposition but in the hands of these great artists, you are immersed as deeply in a different reality as you choose to be. Even if, as a participant, you want to keep a comfortable distance, it's one of the best experiences at the Fringe this year. If you choose to lose yourself and play along 1000%, then this is the type of piece that can make you look at the reality you choose to live and see how invested you are in your own life.... full review

An enjoyable, interesting, immersive interactive play that moves from place to place. Each person attending will actually be seeing a different play as you follow different actors. The highlight was being part of the show. The language is poetic and somewhat Shakespearean - enjoyable but difficult to understand, though you follow the gist. The actors are good. Be warned that the actors (who are of course young and fit) walk very fast. It was hard for me to keep up. My guess is that the more you interact with the actors, the more fun you will have, but the play will still work for those who are less extroverted.... full review
