What I liked
It was so simplistic but yet powerful at the same time. I found myself thinking through out the piece, which is exactly what I want when I see theater. The space was amazing! It was so intimate and I felt like I was one of the dancers, like we had created this space together and were existing and breathing as one. The music selection was bomb. Each song was so good and the choreography to each song was well thought out. The integration of dialogue was also really moving and added more layers to the piece. Oh, and the use of repetition throughout the show was so brilliant and perfectly timed.
What I didn't like
I felt like the transitions from section to section felt slow and could be picked up a bit but besides that everything was incredible!
My overall impression
Yes! I’m all about physical theater and using the body to express itself. I thought it was awesome and the use of space was incredible. Also great company and great connection between each member of the company.
