More than a sensationalizing parody, the premise smartly frames our problematic sexual archetypes, then flips them on their head. The great music and jokes carry us along for the ride, while the lesson—that sex and love is not zero sum, and that it is bold and beautiful to break out of tired sexual norms—shines through.
What I didn't like
Music was too loud for the space, which was alienating for the first half hour.
My overall impression
Hilarious, well-crafted, consistently interesting characters, smart/catchy music. A sneaky primer on sex positivity!
