What I liked

The show makes you laugh and shines a light on an important topic. I feel like nobody will walk out of that theater, and obliviously walk past the next homeless person they see. That matters! (And I’m so glad they collected donations for a good cause!)

What I didn't like

Just a tiny thing: the woman who played the sister had a delightful, genuine energy and I enjoyed her performance, I just missed a few of her words because she was speaking quickly and it’s a large space… so a tiny bit more diction would be perfect!

My overall impression

John Patrick Daly delivers a performance that is both hilarious and heartfelt. He is utterly genuine, his comic timing is perfection, and his emotional moments hold all the more weight because of his comedic chops. The show itself tackles a complex issue and starts a conversation that needs to be had. The supporting cast is delightful, and the message is thought-provoking.
