I really enjoyed the show. The show deals with the serious issue of homelessness but comes at it from a comedic direction. So you are not hit over the head with the message but the message is also not diminshed by the comedic approach. The direction is interesting and engaging. It's very difficult to be funny about such a serious issue, but this show nails it at every level. This is one of the best scripted shows I've seen in a long time. ... full review

Perfect way to address serious issues through comedy! I loved everything about this show. The minute you sit in, you are immersed in the story, you sit on the other side of the street. It's a very smart way to approach today's society with an innocent and naive point of view form this New Kid On The Block! Congratulations to everyone!!!... full review

"New Kid on the Block" took a problem that is challenging this city and the country, and approached it with respectful humor. The cast was sharp, and at 30 minutes, it's a great and quick Fringe show to attend.... full review

A fun light show about homelessness and the exploitive nature of social media. Sometimes funny, sometimes poignant. This show hits a lot of good notes.... full review

So clever and insightful - a great look into the homeless issue in our country, tied with the social media issue in our country. Very funny, yet also touching. ... full review
