A charming hour of dancing & song! This production aims to give the audience an experience of French cabaret with playful dancing and songs "en francais" (with a clever stretch of subtitles at one point in case you felt you were missing something). What a fun fun show from a very talented group of performers! It was an ole fashioned cabaret featuring the can-can, which one never ever sees anymore. I loved the silent film era feeling from the wonderful chap who was detailed and specific onstage with no words! It reminded of Buster Keaton and that was a lovely surprise. The venue was one of the most beautiful we have ever seen, and perfect for this amazing show by Cabaret Versatile, who we had not experienced since 2012. Director Lola Ohlala has assembled a remarkable troupe who truly understand and demonstrate the beautiful art of French cabaret, and took the audience on a sweet journey to Paris.... full review

The Parisian Dream was an excellent show! If you want your French cabaret with lovely ladies, dazzling dance numbers, a cute storyline, a little bit of slapstick and talented singers (Lola Olala and Sarah Kruger), go see this show! Cabaret Versatile is full of extremely skilled ladies who put on a well-produced, funny, engaging show. I'm impressed every time I see them perform. This is such a pleasant way to spend an evening and I definitely recommend. ... full review
