What I liked
This show is a great example of how successful actor driven devised work can be. All three of the actors were incredible, fully realized, and flawed characters. It was beautiful to watch the moments they created together and how naturally they played off one another. Katelyn Schiller was a standout for me – giving a nuanced, at times sexy, at times terrifying version of Hamlet.
What I didn't like
There is one spot down stage right where a bit of action is played that isn’t fully lit and I had a harder time seeing what was happening there – but this is really minor and didn’t detract from my experience as a whole.
My overall impression
Thoroughly enjoyable! A fantastic character study no matter how familiar you are with the source material. Lucid Dramatics does it again!
