Pizza and Whine

You very well could enjoy this play more than I did, but it was difficult for me to see past a multitude of fundamental issues in the script/performances. I can appreciate a play that is essentially a eulogy to beloved family member. I find this sort of familial catharsis a touching notion. However, I'm not a member of the creators' family nor a particularly sentimental person and so there was little for me here.... full review

I enjoyed parts of it, but didn't realize it was a true story about their grandmother's passing until I asked after the show. I honor that and think its beautiful that they wrote this play with that motive. I think it needs to be developed more, and has potential.... full review
