Crunch

What I liked

The script is unafraid to throw huge curveballs and always sticks the landing. Even when big twists happen and the whole status quo changes, we as the audience are still able to grasp it and keep up. The characters are all clearly-written and have their own personalities, and all are compelling.

What I didn't like

Everything else in the show worked so well, I wasn’t sure what the projections added or if they were even needed.

My overall impression

A vivid and confident story about adolescence, identity, and female love. This show is wildly imaginative, unafraid to experiment, and pulled off with so much panache that the audience has no choice but to enjoy the ride.
