What I liked
Script dove into intense topical issues with grace, and it was interesting to see such an intimate story about a family within the modern Muslim diaspora.
What I didn't like
There were a few places where I felt that beats were missing in terms of the relationship arcs. But I was engaged throughout, and very invested in the family dynamic.
My overall impression
Tender, sweet story, with strong and nuanced performances. Great show!
