Performances are solid across the board. Carey Matthews, as the audience liaison/narrator, channels Woody Allen with eerie authenticity. Mandy Muenzer is particularly noteworthy as the uncouth but wily new widow.
What I didn't like
If you’re prone to OCD you’ll wonder what happened in all the story permutations you didn’t get to see.
My overall impression
What might have merely been a solid crime thriller is turned into a delightful blend of suspense and comedy as audiences get to vote on story direction at several critical junctures. The audience participation is more than a gimmick; it makes you feel emotionally invested in the outcome of a story of which you’re the partial author.
