This show is a gift, it is history mixed with sobering observations on the dangers of high expectations that can never be met. This is a woman who had dreams. Hollywood doesn’t cater to dreams though. It creates a beautiful piece of theater that transports the audience to another era with style and grace. Wonderful Hollywood storytelling that is based on true facts and told with excellent acting, earnest emotion, and captivating singing.
