What I liked
Illustrating the show with slides and live music from the ’60’s adds a touch of nostalgia.
What I didn't like
I can’t think of a thing.
My overall impression
Sy is a talented and seasoned show business writer and he reminds us during this show. He has a lot to say and has cleverly and comically woven into chapters, his life, work and family stories. I was kept in stitches with his experiences, references and tales of getting older, becoming a senior and various other life situations. Deborah Geffner (also the director) and Robert Romanus sing and play additional characters, enhancing the show. Brought to the stage simply, it was thoroughly entertaining. Everyone in the audience was laughing; boomers, next genners, millennials, gen x! Good show ol’ chap!
