I appreciated the gradual revelation to the audience for each of the characters. Seeing how they related to each other and the broader world showed who each one was at the root. The roller coaster of of emotions as they dealt with the situation at hand and digressed into reminiscence effectively drew me in and enabled me to invest with each of the principle characters, in their turn. The use of the single set to present various settings was effectively done.
What I didn't like
There was one moment where I was a bit confused confused by the visual interaction between one of the principles and his employer as they were conversing over the phone.
My overall impression
Most, if not all, people have voids within themselves which they spend their whole lives filling. This play touches on that. Tragically, the three principal characters fail in their efforts to do so; ultimately culminating in suicide, guilt, and a resentful sense of abandonment.
