The production value of this Fringe show is very impressive. They managed to bring a sci-fi play to life on a stage with a fast load in/out and on a shoe string budget. Such creativity! The tech is EXCELLENT. I felt the direction and tech were the real stars of this play. The story was also very good. Well written dialogue and a fresh concept!
What I didn't like
I would love to see this piece with just 10-20 more minutes on it for character development. It is an ensemble piece and I left wanting to know more about several of the characters. I’d also be interested to know how the piece goes when the performers are of varying age and life experience. The young cast was good but I was very aware that they were young.
My overall impression
This sci-fi thriller is well worth the price of admission! There is nothing else like it in the festival!
