It's a good choice for 55 minutes of entertainment. It will probably touch on some of your memories (and challenges) of dating, but in a charming and comical way. ... full review

To take a broad and complex topic such as love and break it down into a 60-minute one-man show is an incredible feat. Every character spoke to my fears and hopes of finding love. It was insightful, full of tender moments and exposed the absurdity that we can make an accurate list of what form he or she will appear. The play gave me another tilt of the mind that may lead my heart in another direction. To date or not to date is the question?... full review

Steve plays different characters well to make a point in different perspectives of ordinary lives and what their definition of love would be. Love is, no one way, a correct formula to live. So just live in love. Great job!... full review

I really love this show! I've seen it 3 or 4 times before and each time Steve adds something new. This version is the best yet! He interviewed numerous couples for the piece and plays a dozen or so of them, weaving their words and stories together with his own story of finding "The One." While overall the piece is a comedy, there are some incredibly touching and poignant moments, and many of the people have profound things to say about relationships. It's a performance that anyone can relate to. ... full review

This is a great show to see with your significant other - it was so fun hearing Steve interpret all these different couple's stories, along with his own. A great celebration of love in all it's forms! ... full review

Mr. Budd is an amazing actor that has an amazing command of character and this show is a perfect showcase. It starts out documentary style with a bunch of couples discussing their relationships, love, commitment, compromising etc. One of the things Steve does is move quickly into characters but carefully sets them up by grounding himself like turning the chair around or leaning in. If you are thinking of doing a one man show this is the man to watch on switching into characters: Quick YET carefully. Well done. As fun as these people are we then meet Steve. The man himself. And the woman he falls in love. And then his problem with accepting love surfaces. Uh oh. Here is another wonderful thing about his performance/writing is that we really a... full review
