What I liked

This is a beautifully executed show. The acting, direction, & production elements / value are excellent. It is funny and highly disturbing. I really enjoyed it. Arthur Keng gives his best work. It’s a fantastic role for him. Steve Madar is such an extraordinary actor. Under a different actor or less skilled direction / producing, this monsterous figure might have been just that. But Steve understands the complexity of the human spirit & delivers a fully realized & even sympathetic serial killer. He is a marvel. Carolyn Deskin’s work is nuanced, intense & centered. She gives a smart, open, and vulnerable performance.

What I didn't like

This is a very difficult subject matter. It’s a play about terrible people. It’s important to look at and talk about the underbelly of humanity because it exists and can only be changed through understanding. Nonetheless, it’s not my favorite subject matter and it’s difficult to spend time with such unsavory figures.

My overall impression

Great work! A powerful show that’s strong, and delivers!
