What I liked

The writing, acting, the concept.

One bit that surprised me in a good way was how effective an single orange screen mid stage can be to accommodate quick and seamless scene changes. Coupled with the MC monologues there is a flow to the overall program that is very comfortable.

What I didn't like

The show is pretty solid.

My overall impression

ORANGE MANGO CABARET is a delightful review of political aspects that comprise our current landscape.

The moment you enter the space the stage is set with the tone by the caustic and charismatic master of ceremonies Friv O’Less (played expertly by Sierra Tatlor) who is able to bridge the gap between 6 episodes with a memorizing patter that acts as connective tissue. Think Rod Serling with a Harley Quinn edge.

Each episode is a different style and the ensemble flows effortlessly in between.
