What I liked
Amy Argyle as Mary Seacole did a beautiful job.
What I didn't like
The parts that took place in modern day didn’t work and detracted from the story being told.
My overall impression
I love the story of Mary Seacole, but there are too many problems in this script for me to whole-heartedly endorse the production. It’s a solid #ChanceItLA.
