My overall impression
Hilarious one moment, poignant and terrifying the next, Brooke shares an intimate portrait with sublime expertise – her characterizations are perfection and her storytelling is impeccable. Most impressive is her ability to paint herself as a full, flawed, struggling character – which makes us love her even more. Brava!
