She stands for something very real and very important and it was so inspiring seeing her use humor and sincerity to deliver her message. Through Sarah's palpable discomfort and greenness to entertainment (she is a world-class therapist IRL), it's obvious to the audience that she's doing this because it matters, not for some masturbatory purpose of being on stage.
