My overall impression
Casey is a thoroughly entertaining as she leads the audience through the world of yoga. A joy to watch, she lights up the room as she shifts from your stereotypical, lovingly ditzy yoga instructor to a series of characters that are so different from each other, you can hardly believe it’s the same person onstage. I am completely clueless when it comes to yoga, and I loved this show. It helped me learn a little more about the yoga world without making it feel like a lesson, and left me feeling relaxed after laughing for an hour. Go see this!
