What I liked

This series of short plays featured voices we don’t often get to hear—young black women. The large and talented cast covered everything from dating to personal identity and access to higher education to depression and more. The stories felt authentic and there are were a lot of fantastic one-liners.

What I didn't like

My overall impression

I gave this production an “amazing” rating, because this show features important stories and artists, and I walked away feeling as if I had a better understanding of people whose lives were very different from mine—and that’s what theater is about. The show was packed when I went, so I recommend getting tickets and getting in line early.
