We were met in her vivacious and eclectic voices, and brought in with gentle humor and honesty. I was deeply touched by how far we could travel with Deana as she played all of her family members with sincerity and let us see them with love and balance. I had tears at the end, and found them just welling up as we were let in to feel the weight of being in her life and the capacity of her heart. Beautifully done. Worthy of being seen and shared in larger circles. My hope that this goes on for a longer run. ... full review

I was more than impressed by this show. When I purchased the ticket after having met Deanna through a friend, I expected to be entertained. Not only was the show entertaining, but I felt unexpected emotion that made me connect again with my parents immigrant roots. Well done Deanna. You are an outstanding performer.... full review
