What I liked

The actors really do a great job of taking us with them on their fishing excursion. The interspersed acapella singing was really great, blending harmonies and emotions.

What I didn't like

Not much to not like here, but if I needed to find something I didn’t like; there were a few select parts that were hard to hear, the actor playing John could do a bit more vocal projecting during the quiet scenes. Also there is a sound effect of a drum that drowns out some of the dialog at one point in the show.

My overall impression

This is a very worthwhile show to see that I would highly recommend. Well acted and directed. It has drama, comedy and well drawn characters. I see this show going on to much bigger and better venues. Glad I was able to see it in this minimalist black box production.
