I liked how the show handled political topics and lingo in a realistic and relatable way. The use of humor helps to liven the piece and allow all audiences to enjoy the story.
What I didn't like
The only thing I would suggest is building out the show so that we can see relationships develop more fully. We learn a lot about the characters in a short time, and see how these new revelations affect the story, but given more time I am sure we would have even more depth.
My overall impression
This show is extremely well-rounded. There is a lot of great politically-charged language and tension, but it is balanced well with humor and reality. I personally have a hard time focusing on long-winded political language, so I was refreshed to see writing that was to the point while also making a real statement on the political world around us. I loved the humor, and found myself laughing a LOT. The actors meshed well together, and I could very easily see this built out into a full play, movie, or sitcom. All around I would say make sure to see this show before Fringe is over! And congrats to all involved!
