What a brave performance. Cathy's emotional range is astonishing. She makes you laugh, she makes you cry. She sings and dances too! Her story is a fascinating cautionary tale. Well directed too!...

Perhaps one of the greatest gifts of Cathy Schenkelberg escaping this cult is that she now joins the front ranks of amazing solo artists, delivering a memoir that is hypnotic, heart-breaking and ultimately heart-mending. And it's all that's needed to support the urgency of this cautionary tale....

This is a good story well told. Because the performer has a deep investment in the story she shares, the whole thing is very moving without falling into the trap is self-pity. This show is super fun....
