What I liked

The two leads were fantastic. You couldn’t see better actors anywhere. The connection and intensity and ease to their performances was fantastic. The dialogue was fantastic and believable and laser focused. A real treat.

What I didn't like

While the dialogue was superb the play ebbed and flowed. It felt like three little acts without intermissions (because that would be stupid) but the rise and fall kept the pace back and the ability for the audience to follow. Maybe it had a bit to do with direction also but the actors really kept the through line going.

My overall impression

Amazing acting but the play needed a bit of tweaking. I wish there was another category between amazing and pretty good.
