As as a former hippie, I thoroughly enjoyed this walk down memory lane. Jennifer touches on many of the important issues of this era: intentional communities, feminism, the war on drugs, PTSD, and New Age philosophy. Through everything, Aurora and Larry remain connected by the bonds of love that ultimately unite brother and sister. This is a sweet and sometimes harrowing story told with imagination and humor.... full review

I'd recommend it to others. Know you're not going for high production values or anything, but to see a performer truly live out the story she's telling. This is a charming, moving tribute to the power of the sibling bond. ... full review

Jennifer Kenyon has mad skills--as a performer, writer, rapper, scarf dancer and ukulele player! "Aurora and Larry" is a unique and breathtaking solo show about two siblings who grew up on a commune with dysfunctional parents who internalize that experience in very different ways. It is unique, funny and heartbreaking. Mesmerizing from start to finish. I hope it gets an extension so more people can see it. Brava Jennifer! Highly recommend!... full review
