The physical use of the space, time and emotion. Great sense of movement – and specifically setting tone and voice that enlivened the entire experience.
What I didn't like
My overall impression
Missy Hairston’s Awkwardly Fabulous nails it on the head – her deft comic touch gradually eases the audience into more delicate territory of dating and rejection. As she examines what it means to be herself in a society that wants her to be a size zero. And the only answer to that tyranny is to love oneself. Bring a Kleenex you’ll be laughing and crying, Generous and heartfelt.
