What I liked
I really enjoyed this show. I especially loved the opening sequence, it felt like watching a movie and immediately threw me into this world. It was sexy and managed to do noir very well! The entire cast gave strong performances. I really enjoyed Matt’s direction and felt the show was the perfect length in time!
What I didn't like
I generally find this venue to be difficult to hear solo singers so I went in thinking it would be hard to hear, but the (amazingly talented) singers were mic’d and I was able to fully enjoy the show! Ah ha! Backhanded criticism— I turned it into a compliment!
My overall impression
Really well done noir in under an hour. You can actually hear all the performers, despite the venue’s acoustics often being unforgiving. Very fun, very sexy, a great show!
