My overall impression
Milford is hilarious, and a great time at the theatre. The music is outstanding and I was humming a couple of the songs to myself the next day. It’s a clever mix of self-aware musical-theatre jokes (in the vein of Title of Show) and satiric social commentary (a la Urinetown). At 90 minutes it’s the perfect length- it feels like an evening’s entertainment but doesn’t overstay its welcome. Go!
