About the Project
At her father’s gravesite, Cheryl delivers a poetic storytelling about her relationship with Tobacco. Conversations with imaginative characters that accompany her are weaved into her smoking session at the grave. This is a non-linear piece that includes multimedia, spoken word, and characters.
“RIDE.” has been an official selection at NY’s The One Festival, LA’s Solo New Works Festival and The Los Angeles Women’s Theatre Festival.
