My overall impression

Jenn Bobiwash gives an incredible performance in this exceptional one woman show. Her fearless storytelling pulls you into a truly raw and candid world of identity. Coming from a multiracial family, myself, I felt instantly connected to Jenn’s own journey. Where do we fit in? What makes us who we are? When are we truly accepted by the cultures we may not have been raised with but are still identified by? Jenn’s show explores the question of what makes us who we are and which part of our cultures stay with us even when we may forget where we belong. Jenn’s writing is poignant and she truly illuminates the experience of being Native in a modern world. Beautiful, beautiful work.
