My overall impression

This is a great show — the cast is amazing. Even if you’ve only seen a couple of episodes of “Who’s the Boss?” it’s apparent even before the actors are addressed onstage who they’re playing — Damien Luvara’s Tony Danza and Summer Shirey’s Judith Light especially stand out. Damien’s due in part to his uncanny resemblance to Danza (as well as his spot-on characterization) and Shirey has managed to capture so many of the little acting tics and mannerisms that I wasn’t even aware that Judith Light did, until I saw it on the stage.

It took me a about 10 minutes to understand where the story was going — I thought it was going to be almost a mock “E! True Hollywood Story” of Tony Danza’s life (maybe something you might want to explore for a future Fringe), but once I understood, I was hooked!

Definitely see this show!
