Boss is BOSS! A hilarious take on the "Who's the Boss" phenomenon that was the highlight of my childhood. Damien's uncanny ability to channel Tony Danza is a thrill and I love the entire cast (especially the saucy Mona!). A must see Fringe experience! :-P... full review

This show is hilarious from top to bottom. From the clear references to the original comedy that's happening on that stage the show is flawlessly adorable/comedic/ridiculous/dramatic/fun. They have hit the nail on the head with this one. My absolute favorites are the fact that I wasn't sure if Tony Danza was actually in the show himself....the mannerisms are so on point. And the son...oh my god the son...It's a Gay Will Ferrell....and it's perfect. Hat's off to Boss..go see it!... full review

Great show that is hilarious at every turn. Mr. Todd Stroik steals the show playing four amusing characters including a show-stopping, plotting wanna-be-actor bartender. Loved it! Paul Anthony Romero... full review

This is such a fun, great show! I was very impressed with the entire ensemble cast but the stand-outs were Damien Luvara as Tony Danza and Summer Shirey as Judith Light. They really channeled these iconic TV stars, particularly in terms of their physicality. The show is full of 80s nostalgia, from the awesome costuming to the music and it offers a creative, imaginative take on the origin story of "Who's the Boss." Highly recommend! ... full review

What a treat!!! Great performances and especially by Todd Stoik! Enjoyed the stories as it reminded me of my favorite childhood shows and actors/actresses. Thank you for such an entertaining hour! It was jammed pack with funny lines and I thoroughly enjoyed myself! ... full review

Quite a fun and silly show. What a treat! The cast sparkles and you can tell they're having fun and it's contagious. The casting is great too. Damien is absolutely Tony Danza - unbelievably so! Summer as Judith Light, shines brightly and is also hilarious. Danny P - seriously, nailed it! The whole cast is great and to single them out individually is a challenge because they all really shared themselves with us (the audience) in such an abundant way. ... full review

My gal and I saw "Boss" yesterday evening and really enjoyed it. Lots of laughs (not surprisingly). But what was surprising was a reverence for the material. Luvara so fully embodies Tony Danza that I actually felt Tony's big heart and sweet good nature. All the other actors were terrific as well, mixing a tongue in cheek/wink wink/ nod nod approach with a genuineness that proved highly effective. This might well be credited to the deft direction by Matt Ritchie.... full review

So I wasn't a huge Who is the Boss fan growing up (I know sacrilege) but you don't have to be to love this irreverent show. It moves at breakneck speed and the laughs keep coming. I loved the video montage (usually a no no in theatre but it worked perfectly here). Boss: The Untold Tony Danza Story is a wonderful send-up and homage all at the same time. Kudos! ... full review

Boss was an awesome show! I thought I was going to see a show about Tony Danza's life, which I should say sounded like a great night, but Boss is so much more than that. Damien Luvara is hilarious as Tony Danza. He's got all the mannerisms and the walk down. Lauren Virginia Albert has the annoyed Italian attitude down as Alyssa Milano. The ensemble was TGIF greatness. Direction was spot on. Congrats Matt Ritchey! You really took us on a time machine to a better place. ... full review

Everyone will enjoy this funny, farcical and fast paced alternate world story of how Who’s the Boss? came to be. Children and fans of the 80’s should listen closely for every side joke and cultural reference. The cast is excellent with Damien Luvara spot on with the looks and mannerisms of Danza and Summer Shirey pairing with him as a hilarious Judith Light. It’s great to watch all the actors inhabit their characters and take the audience for a ride. You’ll laugh at the performances and the memories it brings up of your own not so distant past. And, pay attention to catch the cast recreate the Who’s the Boss? intro sequence – very funny. Grab a ticket and enjoy the whole experience.... full review
