My overall impression
What a show! Lindy and Josh are absolute talents that will knock you off your feet in ways you didn’t know possible. Charming, endearing, and engaging are a handful of adjectives that come to mind when describing this show. Seamlessly directed, these two use minimal props and maximum acting chops to bring us to both hilarious and heartfelt places in the “dating” world. You can easily pinpoint moments of a “Second City, Chicago-Roots” feel, especially during their transition “button” beats that never fail to entertain. These two truly raise the bar. We need more theatre like this in Los Angeles.
