A great duo, with lots of heartfelt moments, and much comedy. The song at the end was both clever and well done. I was very pleased to watch this play with so many strong contenders. This was a stand out for sure. ... full review

The two performers bring a number of different characters to life, including a few couples whose stories we follow from beginning to end. Along the way, we get a few vignettes about dating life, including some hilarious pick-up and break-up lines. I laughed quite a bit and was pleasantly surprised by the turns some of the scenes took. And finally, there was one moment that completely ripped my heart out in the best of ways. Highly recommended! ... full review

A nice piece of theater that both entertains and endears. The natural and easy chemistry between the leads heightens the material. Lots of relatable scenarios that are both subtle and universal. Definitely worth checking out!!... full review

What a show! Lindy and Josh are absolute talents that will knock you off your feet in ways you didn't know possible. Charming, endearing, and engaging are a handful of adjectives that come to mind when describing this show. Seamlessly directed, these two use minimal props and maximum acting chops to bring us to both hilarious and heartfelt places in the "dating" world. You can easily pinpoint moments of a "Second City, Chicago-Roots" feel, especially during their transition "button" beats that never fail to entertain. These two truly raise the bar. We need more theatre like this in Los Angeles.... full review

Welcome to Los Angeles, guys! This is one hell of an introduction! Dating: Adults Embracing Failure is everything a Fringe show should be: a simply-but-well-staged production that relies on a superb script and a powerhouse cast to deliver an emotional wallop. And boy, does it deliver! Josh and Lindy had me transfixed right from the beginning as they weaved together tales of love and loss, heartbreak and redemption. Do yourself a favor and don't miss this show. You're welcome.... full review

One of my favorite shows at Fringe this year, and a great testament to the simplicity of putting two good actors on stage together and letting them do their thing. Some of the scenes are a bit (purposely) over the top, but there's a level of honesty in each moment that makes them funnier than just the writing. The quiet moments are beautifully, eerily quiet, and before you know it, you're feeling intensely for some of these people. Definitely a vote for Top of Fringe.... full review

Such a charming, heartfelt, funny and well done show! Lindy and Josh flawlessly embody multiple characters - all of which are layered, charming and sincere. These two are an incredible new asset to the L.A. Theatre Community! Can't wait to see where else their creative talents will take them! "Dating: Adults Embracing Failure" is one of my favorite shows of the Festival this year! ... full review
