#ChanceItLA – If you are a big Shakespeare and or history fan you definitely want to see this, but if the personal life of Shakespeare holds no interest to you, you should probably skip it. Michael Shaw Fisher, as Shakespeare, is a consummate performer and engages the audience through fun insults, groan worthy puns and a several songs, a couple of which included audience participation. Three Clubs is the perfect venue for this show, as you feel like you are in a tavern with Shakespeare. But as a whole, this is a biography, a cleverly done biography, but one that doesn’t necessarily shed new insight into the life of the famous bard.
