My overall impression
This is a good good show. Humans are weird. Human relationships are complicated and messy, full of grey areas and things that break all the rules we’re taught. The language is adult and well written. Love ‘em or hate ’em, you’ll find people in this play that you’ve met in real life, which is also a testament to the great and real performances by this cast, Lauren Letherer and Eric Gutierrez in particular. It finds comedy in the way we find comedy in real life but without ever selling out the seriousness of what the characters are dealing with. I knew nothing about this show and I am so glad I saw it.
