A very strong cast, a very compelling story... Inside the Mind of Me is disturbing, funny, and unusual. While I loved everyone's performances, I have to say that Graydon/Circus and Erin/Death were truly my favorites. Graydon's performance was intense while Erin's was very subtle, but they were both powerful. Great script, great cast, highly recommended. ... full review

My boyfriend and I went to see the show, Inside the Mind of Me. We both throughly enjoyed this show! The acting was superb and lighting was fantastic. It was both funny and with serious subject matter, invoking both joy and tears. How great to have both in a show! A big thanks to the cast and crew for a well written and well acted show. Great job! ... full review

Fantastic show and pretty dark. A very talented and well balanced cast, brings to life all the facets of the titular character's mind and we are taken along for the somewhat twisted ride. Graydon Schlichter was the draw for me - and it was delightful seeing him bring to life such a disturbing character as 'Circus' to life - but the entire cast is phenomenal and entertaining. Well worth your time!... full review

Lots of shows claim to be ensemble, but Inside the Mind of Me truly is. The cast functions perfectly together to bring this complicated, dark, and demanding whirlwind of a story to life. Though each of them is such a vital piece of the puzzle, Graydon Schlichter as Circus shines in a role that could easily be taken too far or not far enough if put in the wrong hands and Kire Horton provides some much-needed light and levity to balance the dark notes throughout the show. Definitely make time in your fringe schedule for this show!... full review

"Inside The Mind Of Me" feels so real and honest. The play is haunting, seductive with just a touch of fantasy. All around this is a pretty solid piece of theatre that really attempts to hit on some heavy themes. There are some really stunning projections that perfectly coincide with the events that are happening onstage. At times, the events become a little hazy, but you pick up right back into it. The fight choreography actually terrified me... in that it didn't even look like choreography.. it actually sounded and looked like punching and pushing. Heavy, man. These actors totally trust and are committed to each other and it's certainly entertaining for the audience. I have to admit. It's a weird play. It's pretty dramatic with hardy any ... full review

I really like the show. Every actor did a great job. The story was one I think most people can relate to in some way. I have to say Graydon did an amazing job as Circus. He brought to life this evil character with such energy, he was Circus and it was great to watch. Erin who played Death was also great. She was very elegant in her performance. Just all around great acting! There was a lot of energy and I would come see it again. Good Job!... full review

This is a really bold and ambitious piece, maybe moreso than any other show I've seen at the Fringe this year. It's bouyed by some incredible and incredibly comitted performances by some really remarkable actors. This play goes for it, and doesn't pull back from it's vision for even a second, which is exactly what every show at the fringe should strive for.... full review

There are so many good things I want to say about this play, but I am finding it exceedingly difficult to come up with a good introductory sentence. Possibly, this is because "Inside the Mind of Me" is a theatrical gem that doesn't fit neatly into any specific category. "What's that supposed to mean?" Well, let me break it out for you. We'll start with the plot: "Mind of Me" is a drama with layered storylines that weave in a pattern complex enough to be compared to Inception. One might say that it's a psychological drama, as one of the plot lines takes place in Me's head. But there's also a fair amount of present day, real-world action taking place, mixed in with memories–both intact and corrupted. Oh–and there's an slight element o... full review

I went into "Inside the Mind of Me" not knowing what to expect, and ended up absolutely adoring it. It delves into some heady subjects - fear, depression, hope, love, loss, hurt - but despite this it's a play which elicited a variety of reactions. I hate it when a review essentially boils down to "I laughed, I cried," but I absolutely did. There are times when this play is lighthearted and whimsical, times when it's outright hilarious, and times when it tugs at the heartstrings. The shift in tone never feels inconsistent or misplaced, and it's a testament to the cast and to the director that the play is able to shift through so many different moods while still retaining the same core at the heart of it. I was talking to friends after ... full review
