"The Mermaid Who Learned How to Fly"

My overall impression

Having seen my share of black box theatre in LA, I was blown away by Kyla Garcia’s “The Mermaid Who Learned How to Fly”. Incredibly heartfelt and injected with truth, vulnerability, and humor; presented by such a vastly talented performer as Garcia who portrayed starkly diverse and humorous characters, it was a show that stayed with me after the lights came back up.
