Very well done and funny, one-act comedy. Top shelf performances by all including material and direction. I laughed out loud at the adult males portraying middle schoolers especially Dan Torson's 'Spenny' who (spoiler alert) gets the 'girl'. Special mention for Mckenzie Kyle's stage chops and perfect casting as the popular girl who hasn't changed all that much.... full review

Shock Treatment was an engaging look at what it would be like to reconnect with someone you knew from high school after 20 years. Many of us do wonder what it would be like… probably awkward. I thought the venue, iO West, was the perfect place, because the audience felt like they were in this lounge type environment, as the high school band played onstage and the two girls shared a few drinks and a few stories. Their fast paced, humorous banter kept the show moving along at a good pace. I kept thinking what it would be like to be in that situation. How much, if any, do we really change from high school?... full review

As a man in my early 30's, I found it disturbing how well I could relate to both storylines in this funny, clever show. There are several genuine belly-laugh moments that soften the blow of the realization that I'm suddenly old, and only getting older. Great stuff. I recommend it. Check it out. ... full review
