“Before rush hour: a work in progress” is a semi-improvised, audience interactive play that examines workplace dynamics. Each of the 12 audience members for each performance receive an “itinerary” for their work day – a list of tasks they must do and “meetings” they must attend. There will be six actors total who will integrate with the audience with the exception of one or two who will be upper management. Will explore the monotony of the daily life of working class America, with its forced office families and repetitive stress factors.
